Joy's Eternal Embrace

Happiness, a jewel of the soul's delight, A balm to heaviness, a beacon bright. In mirthful dance, our spirits take to flight, And banish shadows, ushering in light. Oh, happiness! Thy touch doth warm the heart, And from life's woes, thou dost a balm impart. Like music sweet that plays in every part, Thy presence soothes, a healing work of art. The lark, at dawn, doth sing a merry tune, Proclaiming joy beneath the golden moon. In nature's embrace, we find our boon, And revel in the bliss of sunny noon. From laughter's well, we drink with thirsty lips, As friendships bloom like roses on their tips. In love's sweet gaze, our hearts take eager trips, And in its depths, we find sweet fellowship. What riches lie in happiness' domain, A treasure trove where all may stake a claim. In simple pleasures, we need not explain, For joy itself is worth more than acclaim. So let us raise a cup to happiness, And cherish moments filled with sweet caress. In gratitude, we find true blessedness, And in our hearts, let joy find long address. Thus ends this ode to happiness so pure, A beacon bright, forever to endure. In every smile, in each kind gesture sure, May happiness in us forever cure.
